CRM Executive – Jewellery Industry**
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur .
Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and relationships.
- Maintain customer records and CRM database.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments for timely customer service.
- Handle customer feedback, queries and complaints.
- Prepare basic CRM and sales reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of CRM/customer handling experience, preferably in jewellery.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
