CRM Executive Duties & Responsibilities

- Highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- This includes recording customer contacts and conversations, managing leads and team tasks, creating performance reports, and more.




- Tracking location and update
- Although its main users are the sales team, CRM can also support the marketing and customer service departments.
