Position: Cricket Coach

Job Summary

Vidya Deep Global School is looking for an energetic, experienced, and dedicated Cricket Coach to train and develop students in cricket. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting regular cricket training sessions, improving students' skills and fitness, and preparing school teams for competitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular cricket coaching and practice sessions for students.
- Train students in batting, bowling, fielding, wicket-keeping, and basic cricket techniques.
- Develop students' physical fitness, stamina, agility, and coordination.
- Plan structured training programs according to students' age and skill level.
- Identify talented players and help them develop their cricketing abilities.
- Prepare and manage school cricket teams for inter-school and other competitions.
- Organize practice matches, drills, and fitness activities.
- Teach students discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play.
- Monitor students' performance and maintain regular progress records.
- Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of cricket equipment.




- Follow all school rules and maintain a safe and positive training environment.
- Coordinate with the Sports Department and school management regarding students' performance and competitions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant qualification/certification in Cricket Coaching or Sports will be preferred.
- Previous experience as a Cricket Coach / Sports Coach is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cricket rules, techniques, and training methods.
- Valuable communication and student-management skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide school students.
- Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Candidates with experience in school-level, district-level, state-level, or academy cricket will be preferred.

- Physically active and enthusiastic.
- Patient, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work effectively with students of different age groups.
- Candidates with playing/coaching experience will be given preference.
