Cafe Server / Front-of-House Crew Member

Job Overview We are seeking a refined, detail-oriented Cafe Server to deliver an elevated dining experience to our guests. As a front-of-house team member at our premium cafe, you will serve as an ambassador for our brand—combining warm, sophisticated hospitality with deep knowledge of our artisanal food and specialty beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Exceptional Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, offer personalized menu guidance, and deliver attentive, seamless service throughout their visit.
- Menu Mastery: Articulate fine details about our specialty coffees, loose-leaf teas, artisanal pastries, and gourmet dishes, including flavor profiles and dietary options.
- Order Management & POS: Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system and handle cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently.
- Table & Lounge Maintenance: Maintain pristine standards across tables, seating areas, and service counters; transparent, wipe, and set tables promptly between seatings.
- Side Duties: Restock service stations,



polish glassware and cutlery, prepare retail merchandise displays, and ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure precise order execution and smooth operational flow during peak hours.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1+ years of experience in hospitality, upscale dining, or premium cafe environments preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal presence, and a genuine passion for high standards of service.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the confidence to perform smoothly in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends, early mornings, or holidays as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
