Responsibilities

- Research and resolve PLCC & TPC card inquiries.
- Process PLCC & TPC Card Chargebacks.
- Resolves issues with customers & suppliers and communicates with stores, customers, suppliers &

outside companies as assigned
- Maintains technical or confidential records to meet business requirements
- May maintain electronic resources/systems including critical databases
- May use various query tools to extract data & create reports.
- Supports departmental and center-wide initiatives and goals.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
- Associate will need solid, mid-level Excel skills,
- Very valuable with customer serviceboth written and verbal
- Looking for high energy, team-oriented team member who constantly strives for personal and team improvement.
