nKey Responsibilities
n
nCredit Analysis & Ratings
n
n
n
- Independently work on credit rating assignments across corporates, infrastructure, and financial services.
n
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other financial information to assess creditworthiness.
n
- Perform in-depth cash flow assessment and risk analysis on companies/entities.
n
- Prepare and present rating rationales, committee notes, and press releases.
n
- Monitor the assigned portfolio of rated entities and ensure timely surveillance and action based on the latest developments.
n
- Support rating actions by conducting risk assessments, peer benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
n
- Assist in the development and improvement of credit scoring models, policies, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of credit evaluations
n
- Gather and validate Financial and Non-financial data from various sources.
n
- Prepare and conduct ratio analysis under supervision.
n
- Draft analytical summaries, rating rationales, and internal reports.
n
- Participate in issuer meetings, due diligence calls, and rating committees as needed.
n
- Monitor news, financial statements,
and market developments relevant to assigned accounts.
n
- Support the maintenance and updating of databases and analytical tools.
n
- Work closely with senior analysts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ratings and reports.
n
- Keep and file proper records, updates, emails and their backup from time to time.
n

nStakeholder Management
n

- Engage with senior management of issuers, promoters, bankers, and investors.
n
- Provide rationales for rating recommendations before internal rating committees.
n
- Communicate rating decisions and sector insights effectively to external stakeholders.
n
n
nResearch & Sector Insights
n
n
n
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends.
n
- Publish sector reports, outlooks, and thematic research notes.
n
n
nTeam Leadership & Development
n
n
n
- Review and guide the work of junior and associate analysts.
n
- Provide coaching, training, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
n

nGovernance & Compliance
n
n
n
- Ensure compliance with SEBI & RBI regulations for CRAs, internal policies, and ethical standards.
n
- Maintain integrity, independence, and transparency in rating opinions.
n

nCandidate Profile
n
nExperience & Qualifications
n

n
- MBA (Finance) or CA
n
- 1-2 years of experience in Credit Rating Agency
