Credit Analyst-SUPPORT SERVICES-Credit Role : Credit Analyst – SFG | M4-M5 Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Credit Appraisal: Preparation of comprehensive credit appraisal notes for Corporate Loans and Structured Finance transactions, ensuring robust analysis and alignment with internal risk policies.
- Credit Underwriting &
- Due Diligence: Independently conduct detailed financial, Business and management due diligence; evaluate deal structures; develop and review cash flow models; and assess repayment capacity.
- Industry &
- Market Assessment: Perform in-depth industry research, market mapping and competitive benchmarking to support transaction evaluation and risk assessment.
- Field Visits &
- Monitoring: Conduct unit/factory visits to validate operational and financial information and prepare detailed inspection and monitoring reports for senior management.
- Risk Evaluation &
- Structuring: Collaborate with business teams to negotiate and finalize transaction terms and conditions, ensuring adequate mitigation of identified risks.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Prepare and present monthly monitoring reports to top management,



highlighting key developments, compliance status, and critical exposures.
- Early Warning &
- Stress Identification: Identify early signs of stress across the portfolio, recommend strategies for account management, and support timely corrective actions.
- Compliance &
- Governance: Monitor adherence to covenants and terms & conditions and drive corrective measures to address deviations or non-compliances.

Key Competencies

- Solid understanding of corporate credit, financial analysis, structured finance concepts, and risk management principles - Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities - Ability to independently assess deal structures and propose risk mitigated solutions - High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to credit risk assessment
