Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage pre- and post-sanction credit activities for corporate clients, including credit appraisal, documentation, credit rating, compliance, disbursement, audit coordination and regulatory reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of corporate credit processes, financial analysis, documentation and stakeholder management, along with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, regulators and corporate clients.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- CA / CFA qualification would be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.




- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Corporate Banking / Corporate Credit segment.
- Strong understanding of corporate lending and credit appraisal processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Solid attention to detail with good quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, financial ratios and credit concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within strict timelines.
- Flexibility and ability to effectively handle ambiguous and complex situations.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, ownership and accountability.
