About the Role

StylSmyth is looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Creative & Social Media Head to work with our international, primarily US-based, clients across leading fashion / lifestyle brands and retailers.

This is a multi-dimensional creative role covering social media, content, copywriting, AI video and creative strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative thinking, understand global brand aesthetics and be able to translate client briefs into compelling creative ideas and directions.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction

- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, moodboards and visual directions for international clients.
- Translate client briefs into clear and compelling creative solutions.
- Provide creative direction across fashion, lifestyle, social, digital and content projects.
- Bring fresh thinking and creative energy across multiple client requirements.

Social Media & Content

- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for clients' digital presence.
- Understand social trends, formats and content behaviour across US and global markets.
- Develop content pillars, campaign themes, hooks and storytelling approaches.
- Work with design, video and content teams to take ideas from concept to execution.

Copywriting & Storytelling

- Develop and guide copy for ecommerce, websites and other client communication.
- Create headlines, hooks, captions, taglines and creative narratives with a strong SEO layer.




- Help ensure the copy and visual direction come together cohesively.

AI Video & Emerging Creative

- Work closely with our AI Video team to conceptualize innovative content and campaigns.
- Explore new AI tools and creative technologies to develop differentiated solutions for clients.
- Bring creative thinking to AI-generated video, visual content and virtual production.

Client & Business Development

- Participate in creative discussions and presentations with US-based clients.
- Support pitches and proposals with strong creative concepts and storytelling.
- Understand client objectives and identify opportunities to expand the creative scope.
- Help develop new creative services and solutions that StylSmyth can offer international clients.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in creative, social media, digital, advertising, fashion or brand marketing.
- Robust creative instinct and ability to think conceptually.
- Excellent understanding of social media, content and contemporary visual culture.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Interest in AI, video and emerging creative technologies.
- Good understanding of international, particularly US fashion and retail aesthetics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and creative disciplines.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution.

The Ideal Person Someone who is curious, proactive and full of ideas comfortable moving between a social media concept, a campaign idea, a copywriting brief, an AI video concept or a client presentation.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute a brief, but can challenge it, improve it and bring a strong creative point of view to it.
