About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Creative Head to lead the overall creative vision and direction of the company. The ideal candidate should have robust creative thinking, branding and design expertise, along with the ability to lead a creative team and ensure high-quality, consistent creative output across platforms.

The role requires someone who can combine creative thinking with effective team collaboration and translate ideas into impactful visual and marketing communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall creative vision and direction of the company.
- Develop and maintain brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Plan and oversee creative campaigns and marketing content.
- Lead and mentor the creative/design team.
- Review creative work and ensure quality and consistency across all outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and business teams.
- Develop creative concepts for social media, websites, products and campaigns.
- Stay updated with current design, branding and industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant creative experience.
- Experience in Creative Agency, Advertising,



Branding or Digital Marketing is preferred.
- A strong portfolio is mandatory.
