Role Description The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that support digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves creating graphics for social media, websites, and other digital channels, as well as refining branding elements and visual identities.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing team, translating briefs into compelling designs, preparing assets for web and print, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

The Creative

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing outputs.
- Proficiency in Graphics creation for digital platforms, including social media, web, and marketing materials.
- Experience in Branding, including visual identity development and consistent application across channels.
- Knowledge of Web Design principles, including layout, usability, and responsive design best practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing environments and how design supports campaign goals.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
