The Creative Curator
Internship is a two-month immersive program designed to give participants hands-on experience working with teams across the Topicals brand. Selected candidates should be prepared to bring fresh creative and cultural perspectives to Topicals’ approach to storytelling, campaigns, and community.
Job Overview
Creative &
- Cultural Contribution
- Participate in creative and campaign ideation sessions across multiple teams
- Share insights and perspectives that inform storytelling and brand direction
- Contribute ideas that can be developed into real campaigns, activations, or content
- Present concepts, feedback, and recommendations to the broader team
Cross-Functional Rotation
- Shadow and collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Partnerships, Production, and Operations teams
- Gain visibility into how different teams contribute to broader brand storytelling
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives where relevant
- Adapt to different team workflows and ways of working
Community &
- Cultural Insight
- Bring a unique cultural perspective that can influence how we connect with our audience
- Identify trends, conversations, and shifts in culture that are relevant to the brand
- Help ensure storytelling feels authentic, inclusive, and culturally resonant
Program Structure &
- Expectations
- Actively engage throughout the duration of the program
- Participate in scheduled sessions, team meetings,
and collaborative work
- Complete assigned tasks, including a final presentation

Qualifications Requirements &
Responsibilities
- 0-2+ years of experience in creative, marketing, branding, or content spaces (formal or informal)
- Strong understanding of digital culture and storytelling across platforms
- Experience creating or contributing to creative projects, campaigns, or content
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple teams

What This Experience Offers During the internship, selected creatives will gain hands-on exposure to how a brand builds campaigns, develops creative strategy, and brings cultural storytelling to life. Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Experience real creative and marketing workflows
- Participate in brainstorms, campaign discussions,
and creative reviews
- Learn how creative briefs are developed and executed
- Gain hands-on experience in production, partnerships, operations, and brand strategy
- Contribute ideas and perspectives that help shape future campaigns
- Gain experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced creative environment
This programme is designed to offer meaningful exposure, collaboration, and learning, not just observation.
Additional Information
- This is a two-month internship beginning in October
- Minimum 16 hour a week commitment, flexible schedule based on availability
- As part of the application process, candidates will be required to complete a creative task
