About the Role

We are looking for an active, creative, and energetic Content Creator who can create engaging video content for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for shooting videos, coordinating with the editing team, explaining creative requirements, reviewing final edits, and ensuring content is submitted to the admin team for client delivery.

The ideal candidate should be quick thinking, confident in communication, and comfortable working in Telugu, English, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Shooting & Content Creation

- Visit client locations to shoot videos and create engaging content.
- Have and use an iPhone to record high quality videos.
- Understand client requirements and execute creative video concepts.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating video shoots when required.

2. Content Handover & Coordination with Editors

- Transfer and organise recorded videos and share them with the editing team.
- Clearly explain the video concept, script, sequence, dialogues, and editing requirements to the editors.
- Provide creative direction to ensure the final video matches the intended concept.
- Coordinate with editors to resolve any questions or challenges during editing.

3. Video Review & Quality Control

- Review edited videos carefully to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Check whether the editing matches the planned concept, dialogues, transitions, music, and overall creative direction.
- Communicate corrections and feedback to editors when required.
- Ensure videos are properly edited and ready for client submission.

4. Coordination with Admin Team

- Once the video is finalised, hand it over to the admin team for client submission.




- Ensure the final approved video is shared with the admin team in the required format.
- Coordinate with the admin team to ensure content is submitted to clients on time.
- Follow up on pending content and maintain smooth coordination between the creative, editing, and admin teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must have an iPhone for video shooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi .
- Should be active, energetic, and quick thinking.
- Should be quick spoken and confident in communicating ideas.
- Basic understanding of video creation, shooting, and editing concepts.
- Ability to explain creative ideas clearly to the editing team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for video shoots.

Preferred Qualities
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels and short form video content.
- Ability to develop engaging and relatable video concepts.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving content-related issues.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

End-to-End Responsibility The Content Creator will be responsible for managing the content workflow from shooting to client submission : Client Requirement → Video Shoot → Handover to Editors → Explain Creative Direction → Review Edits → Finalise Video → Handover to Admin Team → Client Submission The candidate is expected to take ownership of the entire process and ensure that content is delivered on time and according to the required quality standards.
