About the Role

Lakhera Global Services is looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter who can turn business ideas, insights, and complex topics into clear, engaging, and persuasive communication.

Role Focus

70% Copywriting | 30% Content Writing The position primarily focuses on persuasive, creative, and conversion-focused copy , supported by content writing for blogs, articles, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting — 70%

- Develop compelling copy for LinkedIn, social media, advertisements, campaigns, websites, landing pages, and marketing creatives .
- Write robust hooks, headlines, taglines, CTAs, captions, and campaign messaging , Push notifications. sms templates, WhatsApp template, video scripts.
- Create messaging that captures attention and communicates value clearly.
- Simplify complex business, financial, and industry topics into engaging communication.
- Develop creative concepts and messaging aligned with brand objectives.
- Adapt copy according to different platforms, audiences, and communication goals.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Research competitors, industries, audiences, and market trends to strengthen messaging.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and positioning.

Content Writing — 30%

- Write blogs, articles, website content, thought-leadership pieces, and long-form business content .
- Conduct research and develop well-structured,



informative content.
- Create content around business, investment, M&A;, finance, and other relevant industry topics.
- Support SEO-focused content requirements when needed.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in copywriting and content writing.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure .
- Excellent copywriting, creative mind, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to write short-form, persuasive, and engaging copy .
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing communication .
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics without losing their meaning.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong copywriting work is required/preferred.
