Creative Communication Executive Location: Head Office, Gurgaon | Experience: Freshers | Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Creative Communication Executive to join our brand and marketing team. This is an ideal prospect for a fresher who is passionate about ideas, content, communication, digital media and creative storytelling. The role will involve working across brand and marketing communication, from ideation and copywriting to campaign execution and development of creative communication across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

- Support the team in developing creative ideas and content concepts for brand and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating copy for social media posts, campaigns, digital creatives, emails, CRM communication, app communication and other marketing channels.
- Develop short-form content, captions, headlines, taglines and basic scripts for videos and reels.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with designers, video editors and marketing team members to convert ideas into creative outputs.
- Prepare creative briefs and communicate content requirements clearly to internal and external creative resources.
- Research industry trends, social media formats, competitor communication and emerging content ideas.
- Repurpose campaign ideas and content for different platforms and audience segments.
- Support the development of presentations, marketing collateral, promotional material and other brand communication.
- Review content for accuracy, grammar, tone, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and customer communication.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interest in creative communication, advertising, content, digital marketing and social media.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.
- Ability to think creatively and turn simple ideas or business objectives into engaging communication.
- Good writing, proofreading and storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design, product and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, English, Media Studies or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in content, social media, advertising, marketing or communications.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, AI content tools or other creative/content tools is an advantage.
- A portfolio of college projects, social media work, writing samples, campaign concepts or creative work will be an advantage.

You don't necessarily need extensive professional experience — we are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, good communication skills and the enthusiasm to learn and build.
