Job Title: CPG Demand Analyst

NP : immediate - 15 days location : Hyderabad job type : contractual The NPF Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the Non-Plannable Flag (NPF) process and ensuring that the Re-Order Point (ROP Logic) is accurately applied, monitored, and maintained across systems to streamline order processing, reduce manual interventions, and support business unit decisions. The analyst will collaborate with Sales, Sales BU, Order Management, Business Intelligence, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations, data integrity, process compliance, and timely reporting________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee periodic data refreshes and ensure alignment across systems.
- Review flagged orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine appropriate actions.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Business Units, Order Management, and IT to ensure process alignment and resolve issues.
- Prioritize turnaround time by promptly reviewing ROP-gated orders and coordinating with stakeholders to identify root causes and drive timely resolutions.




- Participate in process reviews and contribute to system and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
- Demonstrate agility and a proactive mindsetquickly assess issues and take initiative to resolve them.
