Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for projects.
- Conduct regular cost audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Analyze financial data to inform business decisions on resource allocation, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-13 years of experience in costing engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of standard costing methods, including material requirements planning (MRP) systems.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed cost sheets, analyzing variances from budgeted amounts, and identifying trends.
