- Experience - 2 to 3 years of experience

2. Should possess strong technical knowledge in gearbox design and layout drawings
3. Should have costing knowledge
4. Should know cost control measures.
5. Process improvement and Negotiation with the customer.
6. Software Proficiency (Excel, Outlook & SAP Knowledge required)
