Ancalima Lifesciences Ltd. is a pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic manufacturing company based in Sonipat, Haryana, with over 30 years of manufacturing expertise. With WHO-GMP and ISO 22716 certifications, we specialise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, skincare formulations, contract manufacturing, and private labelling, serving clients across domestic and international markets.

We are looking for a hands-on cosmetic production manager professional with robust formulation knowledge, production expertise, and the ability to manage manufacturing operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end daily production of dermocosmetic products, including cleansers, serums, creams, lotions, and sunscreens.
- Plan production schedules, manage manpower, and ensure timely batch execution.
- Supervise manufacturing processes, equipment operations, batch documentation, and production records.
- Coordinate with R&D;, QA/QC, procurement, and packaging teams.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 22716, SOPs,



and applicable quality standards.
- Improve production efficiency, minimise wastage, and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Manage formulation scale-up and technology transfer from R&D; to commercial production.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Equivalent relevant qualification

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetic, skincare, or dermocosmetic manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing production teams and daily factory operations.
- Strong understanding of emulsions, gels, serums, surfactant-based formulations, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with GMP, production documentation, and quality control procedures.
