About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven CSR Executive to plan, implement, and manage our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with communities, NGOs, and government bodies, along with a strong understanding of CSR compliance under the Companies Act, and the ability to design programs that create measurable social impact aligned with the company's values and business goals.

This role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and beneficiary communities to ensure CSR programs are executed effectively and reported accurately.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Program Planning & Implementation

- Design, plan, and implement CSR projects in line with the company's CSR policy and focus areas (education, health, setting, livelihood, etc.).
- Identify community needs through baseline surveys and need assessments.
- Develop project proposals, timelines, and budgets for CSR initiatives.
- Oversee on-ground execution of projects directly or through NGO/implementation partners.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard credible NGO partners and vendors for project execution.
- Liaise with government bodies, local authorities, and community leaders as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Marketing) to align CSR activities with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries and community stakeholders.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure CSR spending and activities comply with Section 135 of the Companies Act and applicable CSR rules.
- Support preparation of CSR policy documents, board reports, and annual CSR reports.




- Maintain proper documentation for CSR fund utilization, approvals, and audits.
- Track and ensure timely utilization of the CSR budget as per statutory requirements.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress and quality of implementation.
- Track project KPIs and measure social impact against defined outcomes.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly CSR reports, case studies, and impact assessments for leadership and board review.
- Maintain records of beneficiaries reached, funds utilized, and outcomes achieved.

Employee Engagement & Communication

- Organize employee volunteering programs and CSR awareness drives.
- Coordinate CSR-related communication, including internal newsletters and social media content.
- Support CSR-related events, campaigns, and recognition initiatives.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, Companies Act CSR provisions, and social sector practices.
- Experience working with NGOs, government schemes, or community development programs.
- Good project management, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting and documentation.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in CSR, Sustainability, or Development Sector preferred.
- Knowledge of CSR reporting frameworks (BRSR, GRI) will be an added advantage.
