Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from AI/LLM training organizations, AI data operations, data annotation, or high-volume hiring environments.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for AI/LLM projects, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. The role requires strong execution skills, the ability to manage hiring volumes, and the agility to work on changing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

A. End-to-end recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Recruit for AI/LLM-related positions, including AI Trainers and AI Evaluators ,Data Annotators and Content Reviewers, Prompt Writers and Prompt Evaluators ,Search Relevance and Data Quality Analysts ,RLHF / HITL / AI Operations roles ,Speech, Audio, ASR, and Transcription QA profiles , Subject Matter Experts and language experts.

B. Bulk hiring and delivery
- Execute high-volume recruitment drives for project ramp-ups and time-sensitive requirements.
- Manage hiring requirements involving large numbers of candidates within short timelines.




- Track candidate movement from sourcing to joining and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, virtual hiring events, and campus / volume hiring initiatives.

C. Sourcing and candidate screening
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, job portals, social media, vendors, and other relevant channels

D. Interview and assessment coordination
- Schedule interviews and assessments in coordination with hiring panels.
- Ensure candidates complete required assessments, including AI/LLM evaluation tests and technical or language assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience in AI/LLM training, AI data operations, data annotation, BPO/KPO, or high-volume recruitment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and recruitment trackers.
- Experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and changing business priorities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for recruitment reporting.
