nLes Conseilles is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Associate to join our team in Surat.

nThis is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong drafting, contract management, negotiation, and advisory skills to build a meaningful career in corporate legal practice.

nPosition: Corporate Legal Associate

nLocation: Surat

nWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

nQualification: LLB / LLM

nExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice

nSalary: As per industry standards

nKey Responsibilities:

- Draft and review contracts and legal agreements
n
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions
n
- Provide legal consultancy and client advisory
n
- Draft agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
n
- Prepare legal notices and related documentation
n
- Conduct risk analysis of contracts
n
- Redline contracts and identify potential legal and commercial risks
n
- Support clients in ensuring stronger contractual protections and compliance
n

nWhat We Are Looking For:

- LLB or LLM qualification
n
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal practice experience
n
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
n
- Strong contract drafting and reviewing capabilities
n
- Candidates with experience in drafting contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal documentation are encouraged to apply

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
