Corporate Chef – Canteen & Catering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple institutional catering locations. The role will oversee recipe standardisation, menu planning, food cost control, production efficiency, food safety, team development, and culinary quality across all units.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead recipe development, testing, standardisation, and ERP recipe management.
- Plan seasonal, regional, and client-specific menus.
- Drive production planning, kitchen efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Monitor food costs, portion control, wastage, and inventory utilisation.
- Conduct regular kitchen audits and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop chefs and culinary teams across locations.
- Collaborate with Procurement and suppliers on product quality and cost optimisation.
- Analyse customer feedback and continuously improve food quality and menus.
- Support current-unit mobilisation, kitchen setup, and operational readiness.

Qualifications & Experience




- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- 10–12 years of professional culinary experience in high-volume/institutional food production.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing multiple kitchens/catering operations.
- Strong experience in recipe standardisation, menu engineering, food costing, and culinary training.
- Working knowledge of ERP/recipe management systems, MS Office, FSSAI, and HACCP.
- Willingness to travel across operating locations.
