We are looking for an experienced Conventional Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Position: Conventional Milling Machine Operator

Department: Production / Machine Shop

Location: Sehore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 1–5 Years preferred

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Machinist / Turner / Fitter preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Operate conventional milling machines for precision component manufacturing
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions
- Perform milling, drilling, slotting, keyway and related machining operations
- Properly set and clamp jobs, fixtures and workpieces
- Select appropriate cutters, tools and machining parameters
- Maintain required dimensions and surface finish
- Measure components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other instruments
- Carry out in-process inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy
- Minimize material wastage and machining rejection
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic machine maintenance




- Follow production schedules and quality requirements
- Follow workplace safety and 5S practices

Preferred Skills ✓ Hands-on experience on Conventional Milling Machine

✓ Positive knowledge of milling cutters and tooling

✓ Ability to read engineering drawings

✓ Knowledge of tolerances and dimensional inspection

✓ Experience in precision engineering / railway components will be an advantage

✓ Ability to work independently and meet production targets

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
