Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist & Website Designer | Ahmedabad (Full-time, in-office)

We're a performance marketing agency building and optimising websites and landing pages for US clients. We're hiring someone who can find why a page isn't converting, redesign it, and prove the change worked.

This is not a visual-only design role. You'll work from GA4, Google Ads data, heatmaps and session recordings, form a hypothesis, design the fix in Figma, build it, and measure the result.

What you'll do

- Audit landing pages and funnels using GA4, Google Ads, heatmaps and session recordings
- Design high-converting landing pages and website sections in Figma, mobile-first
- Build in WordPress / Elementor, or hand production-ready specs to our developers
- Write headlines, CTAs and form microcopy for a US audience
- Run A/B tests, set up conversion tracking, and report results in leads and cost per lead
- Present findings to US clients on video calls

What you need

- 3–5 years in web design, UI/UX or CRO, including at least one year on pages measured by conversion rate
- Real examples of conversion improvements with before-and-after numbers
- Strong Figma skills and mobile-first design judgement
- Working knowledge of GA4,



Google Ads conversion tracking, and one session-recording tool (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar)
- WordPress and Elementor
- Excellent written English — these pages have to sell to US customers

Good to have HTML/CSS, Next.js or React sites, hands-on Google Ads experience, US service-business clients (medspa, financial services, home services), call tracking or CRM.

- ₹4,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per year, based on demonstrated results
