Solwer is DENSO's technology venture in India, building the digital infrastructure for India's automotive aftermarket. Our products — vehicle inspection (VDI), aftermarket super app, transport and warehouse management (TWM), and fleet management — are live with OEMs, Finance, Fleet, and 150+ dealers. We are building the systems that let us scale without scaling headcount.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Contract & Business Operations Manager to support our new business initiatives by handling contract discussions, stakeholder coordination, and key operational activities.

This is a hybrid role involving both contract/commercial responsibilities and day-to-day business operations support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract & Commercial Management (Core Responsibility)

- Review and analyze customer contract changes
- Participate in contract discussions with customers (including legal counterparts)
- Coordinate with internal Legal team for approvals and risk alignment
- Drive contracts to closure

1. Business Operations & Coordination

- Act as SPOC between Business, Legal, Finance, and external partners




- Track contract status, open points, and timelines

1. Administrative & Process Support

- Handle invoice coordination with vendors and Finance
- Support submission of travel and expense documents
- Maintain trackers for contracts, payments, and activities
- Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met

Qualifications & Experience

- LLB (preferred / can be flexible if robust experience)
- 3–6 years of experience in contract management, legal coordination, or business operations
- Experience in customer/vendor interactions
- Experience in SaaS product

Key Skills

- Ability to understand and negotiate commercial contracts
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling both strategic and operational tasks
- Practical, execution-oriented mindset
