Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contract Manager role based in Bengaluru South.

The Contract

Manager will oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management for interior and fit-out projects, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with vendors, and contractors. deputing the contract labour ( Civil , Carpenter , Gypsum, Painter ) The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements,



and industry standards, while monitoring contractual obligations, timelines, and deliverables.

The Contract

Manager will work closely with project managers,finance, handle claims and variations, and support cost control and budgeting.

Qualifications

- Strong contract management and administration skills, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with labourer
- Sound understanding of legal concepts related to contracts, compliance, risk management, and interior design projects.
- Advanced skills in man power deputation on site, vendor negotiation and finalization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex contractual terms.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple contracts simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in office interiors, construction, real estate, or related project-based industries is highly beneficial. The contract labor deputation (Civil, Painter. Carpenter, Gypsum)
