Role Description This is a full-time, in office Content Writer role based in Ernakulam.
The Content
Writer will develop clear, engaging content for web pages, blogs, articles, and educational materials related to mental health and Metro Mind’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on mental health topics, writing and refining content that is accurate and accessible, and proofreading to ensure high editorial standards. The role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to translate complex information into reader-friendly content and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.
The Content
Writer will also help shape content plans, support awareness campaigns,
and ensure materials are empathetic, inclusive, and aligned with Metro Mind’s mission.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and accurate materials.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and align content with organizational goals and audience needs.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to gather, verify, and synthesize information from credible mental health and related sources.
- Candidates should possess Proofreading skills to ensure content quality, consistency, and adherence to style and grammatical standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to present sensitive topics with care and neutrality.
- Experience or interest in mental health, healthcare communication, or patient education is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage deadlines, and adapt writing style for different formats and audiences.
