Content Writer (Full-Time | On-Site | Nashik)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team in Nashik. The role involves creating engaging content for social media, email marketing campaigns, blogs, and other digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience research, brand communication, and the ability to create compelling content that supports marketing objectives. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team, designers, and performance marketing team to develop high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

- Create and edit engaging content for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Develop content strategies based on brand goals, target audience insights, and market trends.
- Conduct research to understand industries, competitors, audiences, and content opportunities.
- Write compelling copy for different platforms while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Use AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI writing assistants to generate ideas, improve workflows, create content drafts, and optimize copy quality.




- Develop effective AI prompts to improve content creation efficiency while maintaining creativity and brand relevance.
- Stay updated with content trends, social media formats, and digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Content Writing, Copywriting, and Marketing Communication.
- Experience in developing content strategies, conducting research, and creating audience-focused content.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Positive understanding of social media content, email marketing, and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI-assisted content creation workflows.
- Ability to create effective prompts and leverage AI tools for content ideation and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce content creation is a plus.
