Role Overview

ALLEN is looking for a Brand Storyteller who can move beyond execution and shape ideas, narratives and campaigns.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just write but thinks in big ideas, builds content from scratch and translates insights into impactful communication across platforms .From defining campaign hooks to crafting high-performing content across touchpoints ,your work will influence how millions of students and parents perceive ALLEN.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Strategy & Thought Development

● Develop campaign ideas and communication frameworks

● Translate business goals into sharp, insight-led content strategies

● Identify cultural, student and parent insights to build relevant narratives

● Own end-to-end thinking from idea → concept → execution

- Copy & Content Creation

● Write high-impact copy across :

○ Print (ads, brochures, hoardings)

○ Digital (social, performance ads, landing pages)

○ CRM (SMS, emailers, WhatsApp communication)





● Ensure all communication is sharp, clear, emotionally compelling, and conversion-driven

● Build and maintain brand voice guidelines and messaging consistency.

- Collaboration & Ownership

● Work closely with brand, performance, design, and product teams

● Contribute to campaign planning and brainstorming

● Take ownership of content quality, consistency and effectiveness

Must-Have Skills & Experience

● 3–6 years of experience in copywriting + content strategy / creative roles.

● Proven ability to conceptualise campaigns and write compelling copy.

● Strong portfolio showcasing ideas, campaigns, copywriting and creative thinking.

● Ability to turn insights into powerful narratives and content directions.

● Deep understanding of youth audiences, education space, and cultural nuances.

● Solid grasp of multi-platform content (offline + digital+ CRM).

Good to Have

● Experience in education / edtech / youth brands

● Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-driven content
