Role Description The Content Developer will design and develop academic content, including lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, assessments, and digital resources aligned with curricula for grades 9 to 12. Day-to-day tasks include researching subject topics, structuring concepts for clear understanding, writing and reviewing content, and collaborating with teaching staff to ensure materials support classroom delivery and exam preparation.

The role also involves adapting content for different learning levels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with educational standards, and updating materials based on feedback and syllabus changes.



This is a full time on-site role located in Gurugram, requiring close coordination with the academic team and active participation in content planning meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Technical Writing skills for creating clear, accurate, and structured academic materials.
- Candidates should possess Content Development and Instructional Design skills to plan, organize, and present concepts for effective student learning.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with faculty, understand learner needs, and present ideas clearly.
- Relevant experience in school or coaching institute content creation or curriculum development is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple content projects, and meet academic calendar deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, familiarity with exam patterns for grades 9 to 12, and basic proficiency with productivity or educational tools are advantageous.
