Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Developer (Science) role based in Delhi, India.

The Content

Developer will create and refine science content for children’s educational books, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and age-appropriate language. Daily responsibilities include researching scientific concepts, drafting and revising chapters, exercises, and activities, and collaborating with editors, designers, and subject experts to develop engaging learning materials. The role also involves aligning content with curricula and educational standards, simplifying complex topics, and incorporating visual and interactive elements to enhance comprehension.

The Content





Developer will participate in regular review cycles, respond to feedback, and support the continuous improvement of the science book portfolio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Content Development and Instructional Design skills for creating structured, learner-focused science materials.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Writing and Writing skills to present scientific information clearly, accurately, and in child-friendly language.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with editors, designers, educators, and subject matter experts.
- Relevant academic background in Science (e.g., B.Sc. or higher in a science discipline, Science Education, or related field) is preferred.
- Experience in educational publishing, curriculum development, or school-level science content creation is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with school curricula (national and international boards) and child-centered pedagogical approaches is beneficial.
