Spur (https://spur.so) is an agentic CRM for businesses that sell to consumers over chat. 600+ businesses across 50+ countries run on Spur, around 5 million conversations a month: ecommerce brands first, and increasingly anyone whose customers message them on WhatsApp and Instagram, from real estate and travel to education, clinics and services.

Every

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and live chat message lands in one inbox with AI handling most of it, and the same platform runs their campaigns, lead follow-up, abandoned cart recovery and website conversion.

We're bootstrapped and profitable. Zero external funding, zero marketing spend. Every customer we have today came from product quality and word of mouth. We're 12 people.

Role Description

We have never spent a rupee on marketing, and we've never had a creator. 600+ brands found us anyway. Now we want a voice, and you'd be it.

You'll make content about Spur, about ecommerce, and about the merchants we work with, every day. Shoot it, write it, edit it, post it, read the numbers, do it again on Monday. You own the accounts and you decide what gets made. Nobody here is going to hand you a content calendar, and nobody is going to approve your hooks line by line.

Five people in customer success hear what merchants are struggling with all day. The AE hears every objection in the market. Both founders will sit with you. You'll never have to invent what to talk about.

You'll probably be a fit if you

- Have an audience you built yourself, roughly 10,000 to 50,000 followers, on any platform that matters
- Shoot and edit your own work. No crew, no agency, no waiting on anyone
- Are genuinely valuable with tools: editing, scheduling, analytics, AI, and whatever launched last month that you already tried
- Publish consistently rather than in bursts, and can show us ninety days of proof
- Live in Delhi NCR, or are moving here

Bonus points

- You've made content for an ecommerce or D2C brand, or run your own store
- You've been the face of something, not just the editor behind it
- You've built a newsletter, a community, or an audience somewhere that isn't a social feed

Logistics

- Five days a week in our Green Park, Delhi office. This one genuinely needs to be in person: the content comes out of the room
- Appraisals every 12 months. Our motto: if Spur grows, the team should be the first to benefit
