About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator & Strategist for our client, a digital media marketing agency focused on organic social media growth and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, content trends and storytelling , and should be able to take an idea from research and ideation to scripting, shoots and final content.

Key Responsibilities

- Research social media trends, creators, brands and content formats.
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for different clients and industries.
- Write scripts and strong hooks for Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Plan content according to the client's audience, brand voice and goals.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude for research, ideation and content creation.
- Create and refine effective prompts while ensuring content remains original and relevant.
- Coordinate and supervise content shoots.
- Brief editors and review final videos for quality and consistency.
- Create or guide the creation of Canva-based posts, carousels, Stories and Reel covers .




- Research and develop creative concepts for performance marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients, editors, designers and internal teams.
- Manage content calendars, deadlines and client feedback.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends and short-form content .
- Excellent content research, ideation and scriptwriting skills.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva .
- Working knowledge of video editing.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and research.
- Good understanding of social media content strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Comfortable coordinating shoots and providing creative direction.
- Good command of English; Hindi/Hinglish is an advantage.

Preferred Experience Experience of 0-6 months in a social media agency, digital marketing agency, content studio or production house will be preferred.

Candidates with a strong portfolio of Reels, scripts, social media pages, carousels or campaigns are encouraged to apply.
