Key responsibilities

- Deliver ESG and sustainability reporting engagements aligned with BRSR (including BRSR Core), GRI, IFRS S1 and S2, and, where relevant, CSRD / ESRS and TCFD.

- Conduct GHG accounting and carbon foot printing across Scope 1, 2 and 3 in line with the GHG Protocol, and support the development of decarbonisation roadmaps and science-based targets.

- Perform climate risk assessments covering both physical and transition risk and translate findings into board-level and disclosure-ready outputs.

- Advise clients on ESG ratings and disclosures, including CDP, EcoVadis, S&P; Global CSA, MSCI and Sustainalytics, and design improvement plans against these frameworks.

- Support ESG assurance readiness and coordinate with assurance teams on limited and reasonable assurance engagements.

- Manage assigned workstreams end to end: planning, data collection, analysis, quality review and client presentation, within agreed timelines and budgets.

- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and managing stakeholder expectations across engagements.

- Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, workshops and management discussions with clarity and confidence.





- Draft client deliverables: reports, strategies, gap assessments and management presentations, in a explicit and professional style.

- Coach and review the work of Analysts and Consultants, and contribute to the practice's knowledge base and methodologies.

- Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.

Skills and Attributes

- Strong technical grounding in ESG and climate frameworks, with the ability to apply them to varied client contexts.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders and produce polished, board-ready deliverables.

- Proven client management skills, with the confidence to run day-to-day engagement relationships independently.

- Sound analytical and data-handling skills, including strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with carbon accounting or sustainability data tools is an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines with limited supervision.

- A collaborative, coaching-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in the sustainability agenda.
