- Diagnostic Imaging: Interpret and report X-rays, Ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRI studies accurately.
- Sonography & Doppler: Perform routine ultrasound procedures, color Doppler studies, and antenatal scans independently.
- Interventional Procedures: Carry out basic image-guided procedures such as FNACs, biopsies, and fluid drainages.
- Emergency Radiology: Provide rapid, accurate diagnostic coverage for critical and emergency cases.
- Patient Safety: Protocol imaging studies to ensure minimal radiation exposure (ALARA guidelines) and contrast safety.
- Team Collaboration: Consult with treating physicians, surgeons, and specialists to discuss complex diagnostic cases.
- Quality & Equipment: Oversee image quality standards and coordinate with technologist staff for proper scanner utilization.
