About the Role

As an Applied Value Engineer, you will feed operational context to AI, enabling enterprises to unlock real ROI on AI deployments at scale. You will prototype solutions, lead hackathons and proof-of-value projects, build business cases, and demonstrate value to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Discovery & Solutioning: Translate customer requirements into cutting-edge AI and process-mining solutions.
- Hackathons & Prototyping: Build LLM/Agent-based prototypes and drive agentic process transformation.
- Proof Projects: Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, including architecture, RAG, and guardrails.
- Value Management: Discover high-impact use cases, undertake value assessments, facilitate business value workshops, and present results to C-level executives.
- Scale Value: Drive customer adoption, expansion roadmaps, and feed customer insights back to our product development teams.





Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical or customer-facing role (e.g., Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting, or an internal Center of Excellence).
- Hands-on experience with Python, AI building, and consulting (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), RPA, BI tools, and process mining technologies.
- Proven track record in business process improvement, project management, and executive stakeholder communication.
- Nice to have: Experience building agentic systems (LLM orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering), using tools like LangChain/LlamaIndex, and deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex).
