? We’re Hiring | Consultant – GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

V. V. Kale & Company is looking for a Consultant – GRC to join our growing Governance, Risk & Compliance Service Line.

If you have a strong foundation in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Internal Controls, Compliance, or Process Reviews and enjoy working closely with clients, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Internal Audit & Risk Advisory assignments

- Conduct process walkthroughs, risk assessments & control testing
- Identify control gaps and develop practical recommendations

• Work on IFC design, implementation & testing

- Assist in ERM, Compliance, SOP Reviews & Process Improvement
- Prepare audit working papers, process documentation & reports
- Interact with client teams and process owners
- Contribute to management presentations & client discussions
- Guide and review work performed by Article Trainees & junior team members
- Track and provide periodic updates on assignment progress

Who we are looking for:

- CA Freshers / CA Semi-Qualified / MBA

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, GRC or related areas





• Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, Internal Controls & Risk Management

- Hands-on exposure to process audits, control testing & audit documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & report-writing skills

• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently manage assigned areas and meet timelines
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required

✨ Additional exposure to Fraud Investigations, Forensic Reviews, Data Analytics or Mystery Shopping will be an advantage.
