? Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, finishing, and other construction works.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety practices.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
- Report site issues, delays, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with consultants and other project stakeholders.





? Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Civil Construction preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Experience in high-rise residential projects will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of civil and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and quality control.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Virar project site.
