Location: Jogeshwari east

Job Role:

- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day construction activities at site.

- Supervise site execution to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely execution of work.

- Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of milestones.

- Ensure adherence to safety norms, statutory regulations, and company policies at site.

- Review and verify work progress, measurements, and bills submitted by contractors.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and escalate critical matters when required.

- Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.





- Support cost control initiatives and minimize wastage at site.

- Preparing documents and ensuring execution work is in accordance with plan structure.

- Maintaining documentation, Record Keeping of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.

- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.

- Co-ordination with PMO team, external consultants (MEP, structural, electrical, etc.), design team, finishing team, contractors

- Ensure site is working as per master & construction schedule & meet the target in given timeline

- Organizing and encouraging staff for maximum productivity
