Role Description The Conference Producer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Conference

Producer will research and identify relevant industry trends and topics, design conference agendas, and develop high-quality content for programs. This role involves securing and managing speakers, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring all event elements are aligned with strategic objectives.

The position requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

- Conference Production and Event Management skills to design agendas, structure programs, and oversee end-to-end delivery.
- Market Research skills to identify relevant topics, target audiences, and industry trends for high-impact events.
- Speaker Acquisition and Communication skills to secure, brief, and maintain relationships with speakers and partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft conference materials and stakeholder correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple conferences simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in conference production, B2B events, or industry-focused forums is highly beneficial.
