Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Computer Vision Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Computer Vision

Engineer will design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms that power autonomous forklifts and other physical AI agents. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing perception pipelines for tasks such as object detection, tracking, localization, and scene understanding; integrating vision modules with robotics and control systems; and collaborating with data science and software teams to deploy models on real-time embedded platforms. The role also involves collecting and annotating image and sensor data, conducting experiments, benchmarking model performance,



and iteratively improving robustness under diverse warehouse and industrial conditions. The engineer will work closely with product and operations teams to validate systems in live environments and ensure safe, reliable machine behavior.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Data Science, including algorithms, data structures, probability, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Hands-on expertise in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, including image processing, feature extraction, object detection, tracking, and visual SLAM.
- Experience in Robotics, including perception for autonomous systems, sensor fusion (camera, LiDAR, radar), and real-time control integration.
- Proficiency with Python or C++ and common CV/ML frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, ROS), and experience deploying models to production environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and debug complex systems on hardware in on-site environments.
- Solid problem-solving skills, clear technical communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary startup team.
- Experience with digital twin technologies, simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Unity, Isaac Sim), or industrial automation is an advantage.
