We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to handle day-to-day computer-based data entry and documentation work. The candidate should have basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and general computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update daily data in MS Excel and maintain records accurately.
- Maintain daily reports, registers, and operational data as instructed.
- Prepare basic Excel sheets using data entry, sorting, filtering, and simple formatting.
- Check data for errors and ensure information is entered correctly.
- Print, scan, photocopy, and arrange documents when required.
- Perform other routine computer and documentation tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.




- Basic knowledge of MS Word.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
- Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain records in an organized manner.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes.
