Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resources (Compliance)

Department: Human Resources

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry Preference: Hospital / Healthcare Industry

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – HR Compliance to manage and ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and organizational HR compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, documentation, audits, and HR policies, preferably with experience in the hospital/healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Manage and maintain statutory registers, records, returns, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants/agencies for statutory compliance.
- Handle compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and payments.
- Support internal and external HR compliance audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation as per statutory and organizational requirements.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and regulations and assist in implementing necessary updates.
- Support compliance related to POSH, employee welfare, working hours, leave, attendance,



and employment documentation.
- Prepare HR compliance reports, MIS, trackers, and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, administration, and other stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during employee joining, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and SOPs in line with statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance.
- Prior experience in the hospital/healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory HR compliance.
- Valuable knowledge of HR documentation, audits, MIS, and compliance reporting.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
