Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from SEBI, RBI, and other relevant authorities.

- Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.

- Conduct regular audits and monitoring to identify areas of improvement in compliance processes.

- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.

Job Requirements :

- 1-15 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.

- Robust understanding of SEBI regulations and RBI guidelines.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
