About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and problem-solving-oriented Compensation Analytics & Implementation Specialist to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful CompUp implementations.

- This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of data analytics, compensation processes, business problem-solving and SaaS implementation.
- The ideal candidate should be extremely comfortable working with large and complex datasets, identifying and resolving data-quality issues, understanding the underlying source of data, and using advanced Excel skills to validate and reconcile information before it is configured on the CompUp platform.
- Beyond data analysis, you will be expected to understand the client’s business requirements, translate them into platform requirements, identify the most effective way to achieve the desired outcome using CompUp, and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking a messy business problem → understanding the data → figuring out the solution → configuring the platform → delivering the desired outcome.





What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical ability with practical business problem-solving skills.

Must Have

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, data validation and preferably Power Query..
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, reconciliation and validation..
- Strong attention to detail — particularly around data accuracy..
- Ability to investigate data discrepancies back to their source/root cause..
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into structured solutions..
- Solid logical thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems..
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across client and internal teams..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills..
- Ability to manage multiple implementation activities and priorities simultaneously..

Experience

2–4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Data Analytics.
- HR Analytics / People Analytics.
- Compensation & Benefits.
- HRIS / HR Technology.
- SaaS Implementation.
- Business Analysis.
- Management Consulting.
- Enterprise Software Implementation.

- Candidates with strong analytical and Excel skills who demonstrate exceptional problem-solving ability may also be considered irrespective of their exact domain background.
