- Corporate Secretarial domain of private limited companies

- Assist in drafting and reviewing the contract drafts
n
- To assist in research on legal points for advisory and other related assignments;
n
- Daily tracking of regulatory changes and important developments
n
- To prepare weekly legal updates on relevant laws;
n
- Maintaining and managing trackers related to legal function processes
n
- Assist in preparing team presentations
n
- To assist in compiling Legal & Compliance related documents;
n
- To support Legal & Secretarial Team in overall day-to-day work.
