- Assist in benchmarking and analysing compensation data using salary survey.
- Developing salary bands, pay grades, and job architectures to ensure fair internal pay equity
- Conduct job evaluations and ensure alignment with internal grading frameworks.
- Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, internal movements, and promotions.
- Analyse internal pay equity and support pay structure recommendations.
- Ensuring all compensation programs strictly comply with local labour laws, pay equity legislation, and tax regulations.
- Maintain compensation and advantages data in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Track compensation trends, cost impacts,



and provide analytical insights.
- Support development and documentation of compensation and benefits policies
- Help prepare compensation reports and analytics for decision-making and audit purposes.
- Facilitate the appraisal process, including reviewing and rating employee performances in collaboration with supervisors/Department Heads
- Address employee queries regarding Compensation policies and procedures
- Support HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
