Job Title - Community Mobilizer

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adequate labour deployment on BMC vehicles as per daily operational requirements.

- Conduct daily visits to BMC vehicles and monitor collection activities.

- Inspect collected material and ensure proper segregation and quality.

- Prepare and maintain route plans for BMC vehicles to improve collection efficiency.

- Monitor segregation of BMC-collected material at the centre.

- Coordinate with drivers and vehicle staff to ensure timely collection and material delivery.

- Maintain vehicle-wise collection data and daily MIS records.

- Identify and connect with housing societies, commercial establishments and institutions for dry waste collection.

- Ensure compliance with BMC guidelines and company processes.

Key Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Basic Excel/MIS knowledge

- Fieldwork and team coordination

- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and workers

- Willingness to travel locally across Mumbai

Pay:



₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
