Role Purpose:
Support as the Total Rewards advisor by providing expertise on compensation and benefits, enabling HR and business teams to drive consistent, performance-linked, and compliant rewards decisions. Providing data-driven recommendations to support fair, compliant, and business-relevant reward decisions. Demonstrate strong business acumen to proactively identify reward policy needs and recommend new policies through detailed data analysis and organizational insights, while ensuring alignment with policies.
Key Responsibilities-
1.Strategic Activities:
- Support the delivery and execution of the Total Rewards strategy by ensuring compensation and benefits plans remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and recommend market-aligned compensation and benefits structures for all employee groups, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Partner with different COEs to align reward programs with performance outcomes and drive a culture of meritocracy
2.Total Rewards:
- Implement rewards and recognition plans within the organization; support the development and rollout of programs where necessary
- Lead the appraisal cycle and bonus payout process in alignment with group principles, while co-developing guiding principles with the group organization
- Prepare presentations and board notes for the NRC and Board, Implement best-in-class rewards strategy for all employee base
- Plan and drive changes related to employee benefits and renewals, such as insurance and car lease programs
- Coordinate with vendors / consultants to facilitate and promote contract renewal and performance management of vendors
- Help in conducting periodic market / competitor benchmarking exercises to ensure pay structures and rewards remain competitive; liaise with external consultants, as and when required
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices and periodic audits to assess relevance and compliance of reward practices
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all rewards related matters for the Head- Total Rewards.
- Oversee compensation and perks for international employees and expatriates within the organization
- Develop and implement policies, both independently and in alignment with Group.
3. HRIS & Data Management:
- Maintain and update statutory benefits-related data in the HRIS system (including PF, gratuity, and leave policies).
- Work with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure proper configuration and updates of C&B; modules.
4. Compliance & Audit Readiness:
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements related to compensation and employee benefits (e.g., EPFO, ESI, labour welfare fund).
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits related to C&B; functions.
- Keep updated with legal changes and proactively recommend policy changes.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate regular MIS reports related to compensation and benefits.
- Delivering insights and analysis for various ad-hoc data projects as required, provide data analysis support to the business and HR Business Partners to enable informed decision-making
- Analyze trends and benchmark data to support C&B; planning and budgeting.
Essential Attributes
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Excel, and data reporting tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and employee benefit programs.

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. High degree of integrity and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR or related discipline from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.)
